Our job is to ensure we balance this against ensuring the creditor is repaid in a fair and reasonable way.
We look at every case individually and work with debtors to ensure we are working with them on terms they can manage.
This results in a win-win situation for both the creditor and the debtor.
We employ a New Zealand team who are all trained to listen and work with debtors financial means. We do not use robots or auto diallers. All of our staff are trained on the Privacy Act 2020
We are careful not to contact debtors an unreasonable number of times within a short time frame and only when required.
We work with financial mentors and encourage debtors to work with these types of services.
We encourage debtors to put their plan on hold if they are likely to default.
